FULFILL THE VOID - Generative Ambient Eurorack

Описание к видео FULFILL THE VOID - Generative Ambient Eurorack

Hello!

This is a video of my last patch. This time a more meditative approach.
The system has changed a bit. A few modules have been added. Probably more will follow. I'm trying to optimize the system for recording. I'm currently looking for a second-hand Expert Sleepers ES-9 so that I can record straight into the DAW. This will make mixing easier in the end. And I have more space for modules ;-)

In this patch, Mutable Instruments Marbles once again takes over the sequencing.
Triggers and notes go to an STO which goes into a Mutable Instruments Blades section. An ADSR envelope controls the filter and volume, another controls the shape of the STO.
STO is multed after the filter and goes mixed with some noise directly into the Bluebox. One copy goes into the 4ms dual looping delay and another copy into the Qu-Bit Databender, which continues into the Mutable Instruments Clouds.

The STO was also recorded with Instruos Arbhar, which then goes into Make Noise Q-Pas, which receives modulation from XAOC Devices Batumi. The Playhead of Arbhar is modulataed by XAOC Devices Zadar.
Q-Pas is multed and goes directly into the Bluebox. A copy goes into the Strymon Magneto, which is in shift mode.
Mutable Instruments Stages modulates Q-Pas by sequencing its VCA, an inverted version of Stages modulates the volume of STO.

The bass/drone is generated by another STO and an oscillator from TipTip Audio's Buchla 256t which goes thru the other section of Blades. Both oscillators are slightly out of tune with each other, which creates a little movement.

Everything goes through a shimmer effect from Eventide Space.

In Post I worked with EQing, compression and saturation.
I also added a chorus effect to the drone.
Because the volume levels sometimes got a little out of control, I worked with volume automation to compensate for this.

There is an EQ, a compressor and a limiter on the master.

Feedback of any kind is welcome!

Enjoy!
