Ingredients:
• 3 lbs chicken wings
• Graza Olive Oil
• Heath Riles BBQ Honey Chipotle Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Sauce
• Heath Riles BBQ Pineapple Habanero BBQ Glaze

Directions:
1. Fire up the grill: Stoke the Gateway Drum Smoker with Royal Oak Lump Charcoal and Tumbleweeds, and heat to 300℉.
2. Prep the chicken wings: Slice the wings at the joint, optionally remove the wing tips, and trim any thick skin or fat.
3. Add seasoning: Drizzle the wings with olive oil and season with Heath Riles BBQ Honey Chipotle Rub. Let them sweat while the grill heats.
4. Start smoking* Place the wings on the smoker grates, season again, and smoke for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Make the sauce: Combine Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Sauce and Pineapple Habanero Glaze in a saucepan. Warm the sauce on the smoker while the wings cook. The wings should reach 175℉-200℉ internally.
6. Sauce the wings: Remove the wings, toss them in the sauce, and season with more Honey Chipotle Rub. Put them back on the smoker for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
7. Enjoy: Take the wings off the pit, let them cool, and dig in!
