Baked aloo Bonda

Serves 4

Ingredients

For the Bonda
500 grams Boiled and peeled potatoes
2 teaspoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon hing ( asafoetida )
1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoon chopped/crushed garlic ( finely )
1 teaspoon chopped curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped coriander

Batter
11/2 cup gram flour
¾ cup of water
Salt to taste
¾ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon baking soda

Garlic Peanut chutney
½ cup roasted peanuts
1-2 cloves garlic
2-3 Kashmiri chillies whole ( or as per taste)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup of water
