📝 Ingredients:
• 500 grams pork loin
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 1 Tbsp minced ginger
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Tsp chili flakes

Garnish:
• Fresh chili, sliced
• Spring onion, chopped
• Sesame seeds

🍽️ Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pork:
Cut the pork loin into 1-inch cubes.

2. Sear the Pork:
Heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes to the skillet, searing them on all sides until they are golden brown.

3. Make the Sauce:
While the pork is searing, in a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of water, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, 2 Tbsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of chili flakes. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4. Braise the Pork:
Reduce the heat to medium. Pour the prepared sauce over the seared pork in the skillet, stirring to coat the pork evenly. Reduce the heat to low, let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.

5. Garnish and Serve:
Once the pork is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh chili slices, chopped spring onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
