Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Lamb.
1-1/2 cup Rice.
3 cups Beef Broth.
1 Onion.
1 tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tbsp minced Garlic.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Allspice.
1 tsp Garam masala.

Recipe:
Wash and soak rice in water for 30-35 minutes.
Heat some oil. Add onion. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add ground lamb. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Fry for 7-10 minutes. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, coriander powder, and cumin seed powder. Fry for a few minutes and add allspice powder. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add rice. Fry the rice for 3-5 minutes.
Add beef broth. Bring it to a boil. Cover and cook on high heat until rice absorbs the broth. Turn down the heat to medium. Sprinkle some garam masala.
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Enjoy.
