FREESTYLE KICK HOW TO DO PROPERLY CORRECT TECHNIQUE BEGINNERS

In this video I'll show you how to kick properly when you swim on the front . I saw a lot of people kicking in uncorrected way so I want show you how to do to kick better .
Legs kicking It's not the main propulsion when you swimming freestyle but It helps to maintain a good balance and It gives a small amount of propulsion as well .
Make sure to follow the drills that I've suggested for you and you're going to see good results !
