In this video, I will show how I make sukiyaki sauce. This sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, flavoring for pho and other soups. Mainly, it is used for sukiyaki soup (   • C/w Nana: Lao Sukiyaki Soup  ).

Made enough to share with friends and family. Please scale accordingly if you are just making for yourself.

This video is mostly in Lao language with English subtitles.


Ingredients:
3 cans of coconut milk.
3 jars of bean curd in brine.
1 jar (2.8 pounds) of creamy peanut butter
2 cups of sugar
1 tbsp MSG
1 bag of dried shrimp
