Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients:

- 2 cans (340g cans) of corned beef, crumbled
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tin diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree/paste
- ½ jar ready-made pasta sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil/butter for cooking
- 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)

Bechamel sauce traditional
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
milk
pinch of nutmeg

Bechamel sauce quick
Milk
1 heaped tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
butter
pinch of nutmeg


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). cook 25 mins covered 10 -15 mins uncovered
Air fryer 360°F (180°C). cook 25 mins covered 9 mins uncovered
