Marinate Pork 腌猪肉 :
400g Pork slices 400克 猪肉片
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Curry powder 1汤匙 咖喱粉

Ingredients 配料 :
3 tablespoon Chilli paste 3汤匙 自制辣椒酱
2 stalk Curry leaves 2颗 咖喱叶
1 Big red onion 1粒 大洋葱
2 Potatoes 2粒 马铃薯
100ml Coconut milk 100毫升 椰浆
100ml Water 100毫升 水

Seasonings 调味料 :
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青

Chilli Paste 自制辣椒酱 :
Ingredients 配料:
75g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 75克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
15g Balacan 15克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖
