This is another 20 minute loop of it's a small world, which is the beautiful 1964 Spanish Vocal rendition of the song played throughout the Latin America sections of most versions of this ride, mixed with the Maracas instrumentals that play along with this Spanish version, as well as the Mariachi Band music which is more specific to Mexico and Central America. I always absolutely loved this combination of tracks, and it wasn't a surprise that although my initial audio mix in late 2020 largely had pretty bad syncing by today's standards, one of if not the first video I ever made that had pretty good syncing was an almost identical mix of these same three tracks (Linked below). Although I only looped the song three times (2:24), I still think it's a good video, and have decided to improve upon it with this much longer loop of 20 minutes. In this loop the audio has been processed to sound clearer. And for the first time in one of my Spanish loops, I have many rotating pictures that show the World's Fair and mostly Disneyland versions of the Mexican and Central American scenes. This audio originated at the 1964-65 World's Fair, and was then brought to Disneyland in 1966. The Maracas actually might have been removed that early, but I'm not sure and think it might have been a few years later because I couldn't hear them at all in the 1970 sound film. The first five minutes of this video consist of several vintage downloaded pictures from 1964-68, with a few undated ones almost certainly from the same period. However, these classic Spanish vocals and Mariachi Band remained at Disneyland until 1993, when they were replaced with the soundtrack from Disneyland Paris. But miraculously, a decade later in 2003, most of the full original soundtrack returned and sounded better than ever before, thanks to improved audio technology and being remastered at the same time. There is one more download from 2007, followed by two of my parents pictures from the same year, and then my first picture of Central America from 2014. The pictures beginning shortly over 7 minutes in are all my own, recent pictures from 2022 and 2023. I went a few times in 2022 and again in 2023, and took many pictures. There is a fantastic change that made it's debut in November 2022, which is the representation of a doll in a wheelchair in the Central American Marketplace. A great way to add more types of children to this celebration of peace. Although they aren't pictured, this version has since also appeared at Walt Disney World in 2005, Hong Kong Disneyland in 2008, and Tokyo Disneyland in 2018. And before that at World and Tokyo, they did use a similar mix from the original masters of the Spanish and Mariachi Band audio, also throughout much of their Latin America room. Additionally, although it didn't open until 11 years later, I'm posting this on the day before the 68th anniversary of the press opening of Disneyland in 1955. I hope you enjoy!
