20 Min Energizing Flow Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga

This yoga class includes a warm up with cat-cows, spinal balance and swan. 5 rounds of sun salutations follow to warm you from the inside out - breath to movement. Lots of breathing cues are included, but there is plenty of freedom to find your rhythm as you move through this short but sweet practice. Enjoy the sounds of the breeze and the birds on a windy day in Costa Rica.
