Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt as per taste
Carom Seeds - 1/4 TSP
Nigella Seeds - 1/4 TSP
Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 TSP
Any Pickle Masala - 1 TSP
Mustard Oil - 1 TSP
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Water - 4 to 5 tbsp

For Litti Dough:
Wheat Flour - 3 cup (350 gm)
Salt - 1/2 TSP
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water as required
Mustard Oil For Deep Frying
