Bioenergetic Analysis Therapy is a psychosomatic approach that helps us feel deeply in our bodies, open our breathing, and release muscular tensions.

This method aids in managing anger by releasing these tensions, allowing us to be calmer and assertive when necessary.

To benefit from bioenergetics, you must actively engage in the exercises and experience them in your body. After practicing, you’ll likely feel more grounded, calm, and assertive.

You can achieve these results in just 20 minutes of therapy, providing a quicker alternative to months of talk therapy. I hope this body-mind approach helps you develop a strong, peaceful assertiveness.

MEDICAL CHECK IN
Bioenergetic exercises can greatly enhance our lives but aren't suitable for everyone. Check these areas before starting:

1. Mental Health

Consult a professional if you have a psychiatric condition, especially for disorders like psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder, often treated with strong medications. If you're on mood-altering meds or have a history of injecting drugs, seek medical advice. Avoid practicing alone if you have serious emotional issues, as these exercises can be overwhelming.

A stable ego is needed for unsupervised practice. Those with mild emotional difficulties may benefit but should be cautious. Stop and seek help if overwhelmed.

2. Physical Health

Consult your doctor if you have a physical disability or illness. The exercises are generally safe, but medical approval is recommended. Be mindful of past injuries, understand each exercise, go slowly, and avoid stressing previously injured areas. Consult a health specialist if necessary.
