Workout Structure:
Warmup: 3 minutes
Walk Workout Part 1 - Repeat 7 times
FLAT: 1 minutes - 3.5 - 4.5 mph
INCLINE: 1 minute - 3.0 - 4.0 mph @ 3.0 Incline
Walk Workout Part 2 - Repeat 6 times
JOG: 1 minutes - 4.0 - 6.5
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.0 - 4.0 mph
Cooldown at the end!
