After we have been practicing Ashtanga primary series for awhile and have gained some steadiness in the practice, we can start to work on drop backs after Urdhva Dhanurasana. In this video, Linda gives some step-by-step instruction to gradually have the ability to go into a drop back with awareness.

It's also a very good idea to work with a teacher when trying these kinds of advanced practices.
