🟢材料:
1 杯 糖水
2 杯 糯米粉(內含 2 湯匙澄麵,不要糕品太挺(硬)身可減1湯匙)
3 湯匙 油

🟢步驟:
1️⃣把 2 杯糯米粉與 1 杯糖水拌勻。加入 3 湯匙油拌勻。
2️⃣倒入糕盤中,用錫紙(鋁箔紙)封住糕盤。
3️⃣水滾下鍋,大火蒸10分,轉中火蒸80分鐘(封錫紙計,不封者蒸60分鐘)。
4️⃣蒸熟後取出放涼,切片沾蛋液煎香食用。

📌備註:糖水與糯米粉的比例是1:2可轉換碗或任何容器,或按比例增加份量。

🟢Ingredients:
1 cup sugar water
2 cups glutinous rice flour (with 2 tbsp wheat starch, reduce by 1 tbsp for a softer texture)
3 tablespoons oil

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Mix 2 cups of glutinous rice flour with 1 cup of sugar water. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and stir until well combined.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into a cake pan and cover with aluminum foil.
3️⃣ Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Steam the cake on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn down to medium heat and steam for another 80 minutes (if covered, or 60 minutes if not covered).
4️⃣ Remove the cake from the steamer and let it cool. Cut the cake into slices, dip them into beaten egg, and pan-fry until golden brown before serving.

📌Note: The ratio of sugar water to glutinous rice flour is 1:2. You can adjust the measurements by using a bowl or different container, or increase the quantities proportionally.
