Recipe Card:

Ingredients:
Lamb - 500gm
Onion - 1 Big sized
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 TBSP
Light Soy Sauce - 4 TBSP
Bok Choy - 4-5
Broth - As required.


Method:
1) Take a pot, fill it with water and add your lamb in it. Cook the meat until its done. Drain the water and save that broth. We are going use it later.
2) In a frying pan or wok, add oil. Add in your onions and cook them for a minute. Then add in your ginger garlic paste, mix it and add quarter cup of broth, then let it cook until the onions are translucent.
3) Next, add in your meat. Mix it and cook it until the lamb has that crispy coating on the outside. We want that smoky flavour.
4) Add Soy sauce, give it a stir and then cook until the meat is fully cooked. Now we are going to add the most yummiest cabbage, Bok Choi.
5) Throw in your cabbage, toss it, mix it then add broth and mix it again. After that turn the heat to low and let it simmer for atleast 5 minutes.
6) Serve it with rice, taro or banana.
