This 4-round, five exercise kettlebell circuit is a full-body strengthening workout to add to your boxing training. You'll be working not only on your arms, legs, and core, but you will work on your balance as well. Founding FightCamp Trainer Shanie Smash will lead you through the first round but, it will be up to you to finish the remaining 3 rounds STRONG!

Shanie’s Kettlebell Circuit Exercises:
Kettlebell Swings - 25x
Goblet Squat - 10x
Clean + Press - 5x Each Side
Romanian Deadlift - 10x Each Side
Toe Taps - 30x
