•Coriander Leaves
•Mint Leaves
•Whole Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp
•Fennel Seeds 1 Tbsp
•Salt to Taste
•Water 1 Litre
•Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp
•Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
•Onion 1 Cup (Sliced)
•Cinnamon Sticks 3-4 Nos
•Green Cardamom 4 Nos
•Cloves 4 Nos
•Shah Jeera 1/2 Tsp
•Black Cardamom 2 Nos
•Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
•Tomato Puree 1/2 Cup
•Green Chillies 3-4 Nos (Slitted)
•Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
•Mint Leaves
•Cumin-Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
•Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp
•Curd 1 Cup (Whisked)
•Salt to Taste
•Basmati Rice 500gms (Soaked)
