廣式蛋黃月餅-白蓮蓉和豆沙和綠茶餡料

分量:
6個100g模的月餅

餅皮材料:
100克 中筋面粉 過篩
60克 轉化糖漿 (Golden Syrup)
30克 食用油 (花生油比較香)
1茶匙 堿水
餅皮分成6等份(每個30克)

內餡材料

內餡材料 (6等份):
咸蛋黃 + 內餡 =70克
(我視頻用的是白蓮蓉內餡 ,豆沙內餡,綠茶內陷)

塗上蛋液:(蛋黃+水)

Cantonese-style egg yolk moon cake-white lotus paste and bean paste and green tea fillings

Weight:
6 moon cakes of 100g

Cake skin material:
100g all-purpose flour (sifted)
60g Golden Syrup
30g peanut oil
1 teaspoon alkaline water
Divide the crust into 6 equal portions (30 grams each)


Filling ingredients (6 equal parts):
salted Egg yolk + filling = 70g
(My video uses white lotus paste filling, bean paste filling, green tea filling)

skin :egg yolk + water
