If you are currently on your Optavia 5&1 Program, you will know that one of the most important components of your food for the day is your Lean & Green Meal you prepare yourself from home! Generally this meal is made up of 1 serving of lean protein (Lean), 3 servings of low-carb veggies (Green), and 1-2 servings of healthy fats. These nutrients definitely DO NOT have to be boring! In today's video, I am sharing my current fave CHEESY CAULIFLOWER RICE & BEEF BOWL recipe and trust me, you HAVE to try this one! This recipe is BASIC but so beefy, creamy, cheesy, and DELICIOUS! Who knew eating healthy could taste so good!! This recipe is sure to change the game for you while on your Optavia 5&1 Program!
