Cropped fitted Jacket - Fashion Nova

The Workout:
Warm up - Banded crabs walks, Side lunges, Dynamic Stretches (leg swings, dynamic lunges)
Hip Thrusts (Warm up w/ Was Glute Bridges)
Hip Thrusts Working x4 (2 Heavy Sets, 2 Drop sets with lighter weight) Superset with Banded Crab Walks UF
RDLs (3X8)
Seated Hamstring Curls 3-4x12,10,8,6-4 (Increase weight every set)
Weighted Kettlebell Back Extension x 4, followed by drop set UF
Seated Hip Abductors x4 (Edge of seat for heavier weight followed by seated further back set with lighter weight, UF)
COOL DOWN/Stretch
