Sugar 100 g
Baking Powder 5g
Baking Ammonia 2 g
Vinegar 3 drops
Potassium carbonate 3 drops
Lard ½ tsp

3. Filling:
Diced Char siu 2.5 cups
Water 2.5 cups
Ginger 15 g
Shallot 30 g
Sugar 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
All-purpose flour ½ cup
Corn starch ½ cup with water thickens
