This is how I made a quesadilla cheeseburger on the Blackstone griddle, or cheeseburger quesadilla however you want it.This thing came out amazing and I would not mind having this at least once a week. Another easy Blackstone griddle recipe because we love Blackstone griddle cooking. Try this one and let me know what you think.
1/2lb patty with Serano peppers and onions mixed in it, smashed on the griddle
1/2 Cup of shredded cheese. I used a Mexican blend but use whatever you want
1/2 Cup of shredded lettuce
1/4 of a tomato diced up
Spicy mayonnaise. I used 2-1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of Sriracha
Two flour tortillas
