ឡាបសាច់គោ/beef larb recipe

Hello Everyone! Are you guys ready for my larb (beef salad) recipe?! Here it is! I am excited to share this recipe with all of you because it has been requested by many of my friends. -Green Onions (3 Shoots)
-Cilantro (1 Bunch)
-Lime Leaves (6 Leaves)
-Galanga (5-6 slices)
-Limes (3)
-Shallots (2 Bulbs)
-Garlic (5 cloves)
-Thai Chili Peppers (optional)
-Jasmine Rice (1 Cup)
-Fish Sauce (3 Tbsp)
-Fish Sauce (ground preserved fish) (3 Tbsp) (optional)
-Sugar (1 Tbsp)
-Chicken Broth (1 1/2 Tbsp)
-Oyster Sauce (1/2 Cup)
-Beef (5 lbs)
