Lets flow. This 30 minute yoga flow will challenge you and strengthen you; don't worry... we release throughout as well. To limit transition time, I kept the modification cues to a minimum, soooo I highly recommend being near a wall for support which is an excellent option. You also could reduce your range of motion (aka don't go as low), or do whatever pose your body is craving. Enjoy this flow and enjoy the challenge my friends : )
