How Bhindranwale answered Bal Thackeray's challenge & visited Bombay? How he tricked IB, sleuths ?

This video recalls the incident when Shiv Sena leader Bal Thackeray once implicitly challenged Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale saying that activities of Sant Bhindranwale and his supporters would not be tolerated in Bombay, somewhere in 198. To this Sant Bhindranwale responded to the challenge by organising a religious programme to Bombay and visited the Bombay with hundreds of his armed supporters and went about openly organised his preaching programmes. The then Mumbai police commissioner Julio Rebiero decided to disarm Bhindranwale and his men at the very outset. However he was directed not to attempt any confrontation as a Union government plan as discussed and decided by IB was already in place to arrest Sant Bhindranwale from Bombay during his return to Punjab. Rebiero relented however to the utter shock of IB and intelligence sleuths Sant Bhindranwale made a dramatic escape from Mumbai under cover and reached Chowk Mehta after few days to utter surprise of everyone in the country. This slip led to embarrassment to IB officials as discussed in his book by T V Rajeswar, the then Director IB and the whole incident was a beginning to further deterioration of the situation back in Punjab.
