كوسا محشي ( المقادير ) :

2 كيلو كوسا

الحشوة : 2 كوب ارز قصير الحبة 500 غم لحم مفروم ، ملح ، فلفل اسود ، ملعقة صغير كركم ، ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة، ملعقة صغيرة بهارات مشكلة ( اختياري ) ، ربع كوب زيت زيتون

مقادير الصلصة : ملعقة سمنة او زيت زيتون، ٣-٤ فصوص ثوم، 3 أكواب عصر طماطم ، 3 أكواب ماء ساخن أو اكثر حسب الحاجة



Mediterranean Stuffed baby marrow (Ingredients):

2 kg of baby marrow (Kusa)

For the stuffing: 2 cups of short grain rice, 500 g of minced meat, salt, black pepper, 1tsp turmeric, 1tsp coriander, 1tsp mixed spice (optional), 1/4 cup of olive oil.
