Ingredients:
Dry Yeast-12.5 Grams
Sugar-2 Tsp
Lukewarm Water-80 ML (mix it & let it sit for 6 Mins)

Ingredients for the bread dough:
All Purpose Flour-625 Grams
Sugar-57 Grams
Salt-1 Tsp + 1/8 Tsp
Butter-62.5 Grams
Egg-1
Room Temperature Fresh Milk-137.5 ML
Room Temperature Water-60 ML
Knead the dough for 12 Mins after mixing (Do not over Knead the dough)
Let the dough rise for 25 Mins

Filling Ingredients:
Oil-1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 Tsp
piece of cinnamon
Garlic Cloves-5 Or 20 Grams
onion-1 (Large) Or 115 Grams
Green Chili-3 (small) 8 Grams
Curry Leaves sprigs-3 Or 3 Grams
Tin Fish-300 Grams
Turmeric Powder-1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1/2 Tbsp
Curry Powder-1 Tsp
Chili Flakes-1/2 Tbsp
Salt-1 Tsp
Cooked & Mashed Potato-250 Grams


350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius (Bake it for 30 Mins)
Total-11 Fish Buns
