In this video I go over a typical technique day of practice for the 300 meter hurdles. I show some drills to help improve your hurdle form and reduce your race times in the 300 meter hurdles.

Warming Up:
Sideways hurdle step overs x 2 times each side
Straight on hurdle step overs x 2 times each leg
Straight on hurdle step overs alternating legs x 2 times each leg

5 Step Drill
2 times through on lead leg, trail leg and over the top (both legs)

The workout:
300 Hurdles over the first 3 or last 3 hurdles depending on where you have issues
Working on step pattern, taking the hurdle smooth with NO STUTTERING
3-5 reps with 3-5 min rest
