How To Walk If You Suffer From Painful Bone On Bone Hip Arthritis

People that suffer from bone on bone hip arthritis are often told to go walk for exercise to help their hip pain.

This is only helpful if you know HOW you should be walking so that you are actually helping your hip instead of making them worse.

What most healthcare professionals don’t know is that you MUST be able to use your glutes well otherwise walking will hurt you.

Walking should feel good. It should only be tiring, not painful. It’s certainly NOT recommended to walk through pain if you are suffering with bone on bone hip arthritis.
