【炸鱼薯条】Fish 'n' Chips
是一道源自英國的熱食,魚裹上麵糊油炸,搭配炸薯條,吃的時候配上不同口味的調味醬,屬於街邊小吃。英格蘭及愛爾蘭,傳統的炸魚薯條會用水和麵粉製作麵糊,加上一點碳酸氫鈉(烘培用蘇打粉)、少許醋,在麵糊會起泡,產生蓬鬆口感。有些食譜會用啤酒或牛奶取代麵糊中的水。啤酒中的二氧化碳可以讓麵糊的質地更酥脆,並使成品外觀更偏棕橘色

酥炸粉 Seasoning Flour
3)中筋面粉 | All Purpose Flour - 1.5杯 | 1.5 Cup
4)木薯粉 | Tapioca Starch - 半杯 | 1/2 Cup
5)泡打粉 | Baking Powder - 1茶匙 | 1Tsp
6)盐 | Salt - 1茶匙 | 1Tsp
7)香料 Spices
a) 白胡椒粉 | White Pepper Powder - 2茶匙 | 2Tsp
b) 黑胡椒粉 | Black Pepper Powder - 2茶匙 | 2Tsp
c) 洋葱粉 | Onion Powder - 2茶匙 | 2Tsp
d) 辣椒粉 | Chili Powder - 1茶匙 | 1Tsp
面糊 Batter
8)中筋面粉 | All Purpose Flour - 半杯 | 1/2 Cup
9)泡打粉 | Baking Powder - 半茶匙 | 1/2Tsp
10)盐 | Salt - 1毫升 | 1ml
11)啤酒 | Beer - 110毫升 | 110ml
12)鸡蛋 | Egg - 一个 | 1Pc
塔塔醬 Tartar Sauce
13)蛋黄酱 | Mayonnaise - 8汤匙 | 8Tbsp
14)芥末酱 | Mustard - 1汤匙 | 1Tbsp
15)柠檬醋 | Lemon Vinegar - 1汤匙 | 1Tbsp
16)酸黄瓜 | Pickled Gherkin - 1条 | 1Pc
17)酸豆 | Pickled Capers - 1汤匙 | 1Tbsp

Fish and chips is a popular hot dish consisting of fried fish in crispy batter, served with chips (French fries or wedges). The dish originated in England, where these two components had been introduced from separate immigrant cultures; it is not known who created the culinary fusion that became the emblematic British meal.[1][2] Often considered Britain's national dish

In Britain and Ireland, fish and chip shops traditionally use a simple water and flour batter, adding a little sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and a little vinegar to create lightness, as they react to create bubbles in the batter. Other recipes may use beer or milk batter, where these liquids are often substitutes for water. The carbon dioxide in the beer lends a lighter texture to the batter. Beer also results in an orange-brown colour.
