This one is a Home Workout with No Equipment included!

Therefore, you can do it whenever and where ever you want easily. This is such a convenient workout that you can implement to your daily routine. All you need to do it just spare 7 min from your day either first thing in the morning or last thing in the day after work or after a weightlifting session.

Personally, I like starting the day right so I prefer doing this quick routine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
