A short 10 minute class with 4 challenging drills & exercises that will test your control!

I just love challenging myself to work on exercises like this. They are definitely much harder than they might seem at first. You'll see me struggling to keep my balance with some of them haha!

You won't need a lot of space which is great.

Things to think about:
- Stand tall with your chest open, shoulders back & chin up. You want to look confident & in control!
- Engage your core!
- Lock your back leg & control the front leg on the way down when needed.
- Try to keep each drill clean & precise!
- Focus & breathe.

You might want to try these in front of a mirror to help your awareness at first.
