These vegetarian flatbread stuffed with a spicy filling made with potato paneer and onion with some spices is extremely easy to make and very versatile. You can eat these naans just as they are or pair them with chhole or even with Dum aloo for a complete restaurant-style dinning!

Ingredients for Chur Chur Naan (for 15 no’s )

For Naan Dough -
Deactivated Yeast - 1.5 tsp
Luke warm water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
AP Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 small tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water as required to kneed the dough
Oil - 1 tbsp

For Stuffing -
Potato - 1 cup (boiled and grated)
Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 cup chopped
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Amachoor Powder - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Salt according to taste

For Chur Chur Naan -
Ghee - 1 tbsp to grease during rolling
Butter to apply after roasting the naan
Chopped coriander leaves and sesame seed to apply on top of naan
