Dr Reid Oliver's Story - ATWT - Part 80

Описание к видео Dr Reid Oliver's Story - ATWT - Part 80

Continuing on from what I was rambling about last time... Katie and Reid's relationship is so special. It's so obvious Reid hasn't really had a relationship like that before but they're so easy with eachother and willing to be bitterly honest. He's protective and so steadfastly caring that it's heartbreaking to watch.

When he called her "bonehead" I nearly cried. Aw...

"If you need someone to watch the kid..."
"No I'll call a sitter."
"Oh thank god."
HAHAHA! Oh Reid. The fact he wants to spend some quality time with Luke is adorably cute.

I think I got even more misty eyed when Katie said that Reid would be honest with her and she needed him. Just goes to show how wrong everyone else is about him. It, looking back now, makes me want to shout "NO GET OUT OF THE WHOLE SORRY MESS! RUN!" but of course, hindsight is always a cruel thing!

He's someone people DO want around when they get to know him...

"I would recover on my own." IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT. You tell him John!

"She and Chris have a 'thing'" HAHAHAHAHA hilarious. Reid even in the face of misery you're incredible.
Chris don't look so surprised that you're THAT ill... douchebag, of course you're THAT ill, you've waited far too long.

Reid asking for options for treatment... awww he thinks about Katie immediately. He doesn't realise how good a friend he is.

Loved the Doctor on Doctor scene with Reid and John. I wish they had more time to snark off at eachother and work together. It's such a shame...

I included the Lisa, Bob, Kim, Casey and Ali scenes because it's all related to the progression of the story. For those who don't watch the show normally and only watch for this story ... Nancy Hughes played by the late Helen Wagner was, alongside characters like Bob and Kim, one of the originals and soap opera royalty. She sadly passed away in real life so the show had to write her death on screen too. She's Bob's mum so that should help explain the ending to you.

To see Bob Hughes cry, broke my heart : ( It's so sad because it's no doubt real tears for Helen's passing. Either way, the show honoured her and although it's a shame she didn't get to end the show and speak the final words as she should have ... they made sure they honoured her poignantly.
