ADIDAS BOSTON 12 - Long Run Shoe Test - The MOST VERSATILE SUPER TRAINER of 2023? | EDDBUD

Today I tested the ADIDAS ADIZERO BOSTON 12 over an 10 mile or 16 km ish distance in some dry and still conditions with around 11c temps.

Lots of steady paced miles today as i build the weekly mileage up. Got to balance out the effort as best you can so i threw in some faster miles towards the end.

I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on what is a typical route for me on a longer run.

Overall a very worthy inclusion to the shoe rotation, this is a shoe that i have purchased with my own cash via wiggle.com
