Keep It Simple, Fertilizing A Fig Tree In Spring

Hey Fig Fam!

Phew! I meant to get this out yesterday, but life decided to throw a wrench in my plans. We all know how that is! I've been getting questions on how to best to fertilize my fig trees and there are a few SIMPLE ways you can jumpstart your fig tree off on the right foot! Check it out as I walk through them in this video!

Also ,I go over what I'm doing to make more space in my plant nursery and all the new fig trees I have coming down the pipe. Although I wish I had made more trees, I sold so many cuttings this year I forgot to save some for myself haha.

As I mentioned in the video, and if your looking for fertilizer for your fig trees and fruit trees here's what I use:

I use a variety of well-rounded fertilizers and I'm not picky as long as it has good natural ingredients. This episode used all around fertilizer from ‪@IVOrganic‬ that is 3-3-3 which I'm applying to my fig trees, and if you're interested in it use PHIL10 for an easy 10% discount ( https://ivorganics.com/ ). I also have been using the True Organic, Fruit and Nut Tree Food slow release fertilizer (5-4-6), and for liquid fertilizers I have been using Alaska Fish Fertilizer (5-1-1), and Mother Earth Liquidcraft Grow (4-3-3)
