Welcome to Pai Cooking .
During the jackfruit season, I do try most of the delicacies at home, whether tender or ripe jackfruit. This pickle adgai is one of them. Though the shelf life is less, I do store them in fridge for longer shelf life and have this with shevai ( idiyappam), rice or even dosas. A combination of raw jackfruit with raw mango is unmatched. Do try this recipe 😋.
