We are taking our time in the FLOW today. I want you to really focus on quality of movement vs. speed. No need to rush just feel good!
PiYO FLOW moves to the beat of the music, allowing you to connect to the pose and feel energized!
I know we did #48 before for slow flow but it's just so good! I changed the music so it FEELS a little different. I added in Full Body #45 to get your upper body.
