After 30 days of intermittent fasting, I'm sharing my results, frustrations, and success factors. I am new to intermittent fasting and these are my first 30 days experiencing with this on my weight loss journey. Also, tacos are delicious.

I do not know if intermittent fasting is some magical trick to lose weight but it's working so far for me. I am going to continue walking my 100 walks and continue intermittent fasting.
