Tip #1 – What Matters Isn’t Who Starts The Conversation, But Who Ends Conversations
Now a lot of my clients believe it’s a bad thing if they ex isn’t reaching out to them first; they think it means that their ex isn’t interested in them. The fact is that just is not true, I don’t believe in this whatsoever. I have learnt through my own personal studies with my own coaching clients in fact here is the trend I found.

What is most important when having a conversation with your ex, the most important factor is who is going to end the conversation first.

Tip #2 – Understanding Self Interest
The one thing that is certain is that all people are self-interested. So, even by watching the video this far, it proves that you’re watching because you’re interested in winning back your ex. Which is why you’re willing to do the research to get what you want.

So, you need to find ways to talk to your ex about things that they will be interested in so that they want to keep talking to you.

Tip #3 – Crafting The Perfect Hook
When you come out of No Contact Rule, you need to make sure that you understand how to craft the perfect hook. The hook is quite frankly something that you use to get the conversation started, in this particular case we’re talking about something to create enough curiosity in your ex to get them to respond to your message.

Tip #4 – Knowing When To End The Conversation
A lot of people have obsessed over how to get their ex to text them first, but like mentioned above it really doesn’t matter who texts first. What does matter is who ends the conversation, but if you do want your ex to text you first there is no magic trick to get this. There is just a lot of back and forth where you will see things start to chance when you’ve put in the work. But if you want your ex to text you first, this is the best method to get that done.

When having conversations, they all have a start, a peak, and a finish. What’s important during these conversations is finding the peak and ending the conversation abruptly so that you leave your ex wanting more.
