Описание к видео Soul Hackers 2 (With/Without LSFG) | i3 2120/4GB RAM/GT 1030

Before anything, merry christmas to everyone.
Uh, I don't know what to say. I received this game as a gift on Steam and since I'm gonna be playing it for the next few weeks or potentially months, I decided to record a video showing off how it runs on my PC.

The game performs pretty alright. It runs at 30 to 40 FPS on the Very High Preset, and there's minimal gains the lower you go.

The setup that best suits my tastes is to run the game on the Very High quality preset locked to 30 FPS, and then use Lossless Scaling's Frame Generation technology to run it at 60 Fake FPS.
Without the hardware cost that comes with software-based video recording, the game runs at 60 "FFPS" at all times. It feels very nice and smooth, and the input latency introduced is not significant enough to ruin the experience for this game at all.

For the record, the small white number in the top left corner sitting inbetween RTSS' "GPU" and "CPU" indicators that starts to show up at 08:04 is the frame counter of Lossless Scaling. It's not customizable, which is honestly a bit of a bummer, so it is what it is.
I couldn't enlarge it or try to make it prettier or anything.

| - PC Specs - |

CPU: i3 2120, 2c/4t running at 3.1/3.2 GHz
RAM: 4GB (2x2 running on Single Channel because reasons)
GPU: Gigabyte's NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5, Driver Version 566.36
OS: Windows 11 Version 24H2 x64

| - Notes / End of the Description - |

-As usual, the OSD on the top left corner is provided by MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner Statistics Server (aka RTSS).

-As stated above though, the smaller white number counter that appears starting at 08:04 is provided by Lossless Scaling.

-I recorded this video using Wcap instead of OBS.
Wcap is a much smaller recording program which I had to rely on because OBS just uses way too much of my CPU and it was causing nasty stutters on the resulting video files.
Those interested in trying it out can download it from its GitHub repository.
Google up "github mmozeiko/wcap" and you'll see it right away.
