You spoke and we listened: today is all about the TC470 Mahler tuba!

The Mahler has been a popular request from our audiences on social media, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally be releasing this one for you! Please let us know your thoughts on the Mahler in the comments below?

Remember that comparison video we released a month ago? While we had all of the Tuba’s off the shelf, we decided to have Will Druiett and Jonathan Hodgetts record a video for each individual tuba as well!

In this video, Will Druiett and Jonathan Hodgetts speak about the history of the Wessex Mahler Tuba, before Will provides us with a quick demo. As always: they were both able to offer their feedback on the instrument.

Will’s performance was recorded using an Neumann TLM 103 Microphone, and a Scarlett Focusrite interface, to ensure that we were able to capture the true tones of the Wessex Mahler tuba!

We’ve got loads of videos already recorded and ready for release, but we are always looking to the future and are curious to know what people want to see next.
