The Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskara.
Is a series of poses performed in a sequence to create a flow of movement. Each pose coordinates with your breathing: Inhale to extend, and exhale to bend. Sun Salutations build heat in the body and are often used as warm-up sequences for a yoga practice.
There are a 12-posture sequence of flowing movements that offer an entire body stretch, counterbalancing bending of the spine, and an opening of the heart, shoulders, chest, improve leg flexibility, and strengthen the leg muscles.

Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. Vinyasa means Breath + Movement or link between two pose.
In vinyasa we have to full focused on breathing and the movement while demonstrating or moving from one pose to another.
