Tom Mulligan, from the most advantageous vantage point as proprietor of the famed Cobblestone Pub in Dublin, leads the discussion on one of the most testing issues in Irish trad music today-etiquette at sessions. The unspoken “rules” give rise to a labyrinth of interpretations, often ending friendships and sessions themselves.
