In this video I show how to make another one of my favourite canned / tinned fish sandwiches, Mackereal fish sandwich is really easy and quick to put together & is really healthy. The mild and buttery flavour of mackerel pairs nicely with coriander and lemon with a little heat from the chilli flakes, the tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumber help bring a crunchy sweet refreshing balance to the flavour pallet.
Eat this twice a day with lots of water throughout the day and you will see rapid weight loss results. Mackerel is a really healthy oily fish, has high amounts of omega-3s which are good fats known to reduce blood pressure and decrease the levels of cholesterol.

2 servings (20 grams of protein per serving)

Ingredients
2 Cans of Mackerel in olive oil drained 85g (oil / water version is OK)
¼ Medium red onion (roughly sliced 3-4mm)
1 Bell pepper (I used ⅓ red, ⅓ yellow & ⅓ green Diced 10mm)
100g cherry tomatoes (cut in to ¼)
Handful of coriander (roughly chopped)
¼ Cucumber (cut in to ¼ and chopped 3-4mm)
2 Slices bread (toasted)
Salt to taste (I used rock salt)
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp ground peppercorns
20-25ml of Extra Virgin Olive oil
