We are making a southern favorite, Cajun Chicken pasta. Its flavorful, delicious, easy and a favorite around my house with andouille sausage\Cajun sausage with the slightly spicy creamy sauce. 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 onion
2 bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
7 ounces Cajun/andouille sausage
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt to taste
parsley for garnish (optional)
pasta of choice ( I like to use angel hair or vermicelli)

Serves 4
