70 - 80’s ICONIC SPREAD Toast Topper Deluxe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 50g grated cheese (cheddar or your preferred type). I added parmesan, too (more flavour)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons modified cornflour (or regular cornflour)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- A pinch of salt

Grill - 190 c - 380 f 3 mins
