Bhungla Bateka

Ingredients:
1. Bhungla (finger fryums)
2. Oil
3. Baby potatoes 500gms
4. Onions 2
5. Green chilies
6. Garlic
7. Salt
8. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp
11. Coriander leaves
12. Masala sing
13. Water

Preparation:

BHUNGLA
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry all the bhungla once the oil is hot enough.

BATEKA(ALOO)
1. Boil the baby potatoes in a cooker.Do not overcook.
2. Peel the potatoes once they cool down.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Add freshly grinded garlic and roughly chopped green chilies.Saute it nicely.
5.Add finely chopped onions and saute until it turns aromatic.
6. Add Salt to taste, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and kashmiri red chilli powder.
7. Saute until it leaves the oil.
8. Add boiled potatoes and chopped coriander leaves.Mix nicely.
9. Cover it and allow it to cook with the gravy.
10. Open the lid after 8-10mins and mix gently.

Potatoes are ready to serve!!

Serve the potatoes with fried bhungla and masala sing.
